Bobster sits between your customer and your inbox. AI handles the tedious bit — reading the email, working out what they want, drafting a sensible reply. You stay in control of what actually sends.
We give you a Bobster-powered inbox address (jobs@yourdomain or jobs@bobsterapp.com — your choice). The customer emails you exactly like they do today.
Pulls out the job type, address, urgency, phone number. Spots missing info. Tags emergencies. Filters spam.
Bob drafts a reply in your voice at your rates. You check it between jobs. One tap sends it. Edit first if you want. Nothing sends until you say so.
Need to see the job first? Bob proposes three time slots. Customer picks one, it lands in your calendar. After the visit, record a voice note — Bob turns it into a quote.
Customer accepts? They move to Live Jobs. Track accepted work, log the final invoice amount, and see your revenue in the dashboard. Every message is threaded. Nothing falls through.
The trust mechanism
We're not building autonomous AI that books jobs while you sleep. That's a recipe for upset customers and unwinnable disputes. Every reply goes past you first. Bobster does the typing, you do the deciding.
On a phone screen, that decision is one tap. Between jobs, that's 30 seconds. While the rest of the trade is still finishing up at 5pm, you've already replied to everything that came in today.
