No. Every reply lands in front of you first. You read it, edit it, and tap Send. Nothing leaves your inbox without your approval. That's the whole product — fast drafts, human approval.
Replies come from your real address (your domain, or jobs@bobsterapp.com if you don't have one). Customer just sees a normal email from you. They have no idea AI was involved.
You set them once in Settings → Pricing. Standard UK trade rates pre-loaded (consumer unit, EV charger, EICR, etc). You adjust them. The AI uses those numbers when drafting quotes. Never goes below your previous quote for the same customer.
Their reply lands back in Bobster, threaded with the original conversation. You see the full back-and-forth in the Conversation tab. You can reply directly with another AI draft if you want.
Yes. We give you a forwarding address. You set up a forward in your existing email or point your jobs@ alias at it. We don't replace your inbox — we sit alongside it.
The AI never sends without you checking, so the worst case is a draft you discard and write yourself. That takes the same time as today. The best case is the draft is good enough to tap Approve, which saves you minutes per reply.
Right now we're optimising for UK electricians — pricing, terminology, common job types. Other trades will follow once we know it works perfectly for sparks. Get in touch and we'll let you know when your trade is up.
Data lives in Supabase (EU region). UK GDPR compliant. We don't sell, share, or train models on your customer emails. Full data export and delete on request.
Cancel any time. We export everything you've got — clients, jobs, conversation history — as a clean CSV. No lock-in.
